More agitprop from the Wichita Beagle blog this time from Phillip Brownlee. Obamacare is unconstitutional and Federal law does not trump the Kansas Constitution! Apparently Mr. Brownlee has never heard of "checks and balances" and is interpreting the Supremacy Clause different that most learned Constitutional scholars. I would urge Phillip to pick up a copy of Dr. Thomas E.Wood's latest book "Nullification" for starters and then Google the Virginia and Kentucky resolutions. Please comment on his post. I tried to but every time I do it gives me a "password is invalid" message. I hope you have better luck.......
